½ cup + 2 tbsp (10 tbsp total) salted butter, softened and cut into cubes
1 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
½ tsp ground chai tea mix
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place your pie crust into a pie baking dish.
In a large bowl, toss all of the pie ingredients together, except the crust, until the apples are fully coated. Layer the apples evenly into the pie crust and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the topping ingredients and mix until a crumble mixture forms. Crumble on top of the pie evenly.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and cover the pie with foil to avoid browning. Bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the center is tender.
Let cool completely before slicing and serving. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream and enjoy!
