Ingredients
1 Pink Lady® apple cored
1 ripe banana, peeled
3 tbsp Oat bran
2 tbsp Ground Almonds
2 tbsp Chia seeds
7 oz Whole Milk
Directions
Weigh out the oat bran, ground almonds and chia seed
Peel the banana and slice the Pink Lady® apple
Put all the ingredients into a powerful smoothie blender and blitz until completely smooth
Serve and enjoy!
