Pink Lady® Christmas Apple Minced Pie



  • 2 1/2 cups pack ready rolled sweet shortcrust pastry
  • 1 1/2 cups Pink Lady® Christmas Minced Meat
  • Pink Lady® apples, cored and finely sliced
  • 3tbsp Dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp Icing sugar to dust


  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Unroll the pastry onto a clean board. Using a 7cm cutter stamp out 12 circles and use to line a bun tin. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Reserve the pastry trimmings.
  2. Spoon a little Pink Lady® Christmas Minced Meat into each pastry case.
  3. Using the pastry trimmings stamp out 12 small star or heart shapes. Put a star or heart on the top of each tart. Or thinly slice your Pink Lady® apples to and fan out on top of each pie for a nice pop of our signature blush pink
  4. Bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes until lightly golden and cooked.
  5. Leave to cool for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack and dust with icing sugar. Serve warm or cold.
