Cut the baguette into diagonal slices roughly 2cm thick. Place on a baking sheet and brush with the oil. Bake in the oven for 8 – 9 minutes until crisp and golden brown.

Remove the bread from the oven. Top each of the breads with one slice each of cheddar and Pink Lady® apple. Drizzle with honey and crumble the walnuts on top to finish
