Whipped Goat Cheese Appetizer with Pink Lady® Apples

Ingredients

  • 10 oz log goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp full-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for garnish
  • 2 tbsp honey, plus more for garnish
  • ½ cup crushed pistachios
  • Flaky sea salt, to garnish
  • Pink Lady® Apples, sliced, to serve
  • Fresh baguette, sliced, to serve

Directions

  1. In a food processor, add the goat cheese, greek yogurt, olive oil, and honey. Pulse until the mixture is light airy.
  2. Pour into a serving dish and garnish with the crushed pistachios, a drizzle of olive oil and honey, and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  3. Serve with sliced Pink Lady® apples and baguette.
